Paperwork complete - check!

We finally heard about our visas!  All three of us were approved, so all the paperwork is finally done.  Now onto packing and figuring out how to actually pay for the trip.... maybe should have thought about that a few months ago.. oops!

Getting the ball rolling..

So much has happened since my first post!  I got my student teaching placement at St. Michael's Infant School in Dorking, so I'll be teaching little British kindergarten/1st graders!  We also got in touch with our host mum, Linda.  Megan, Kate, and I will all be staying in the same house, which is really exciting.  It'll be nice to be around some familiar faces while I'm over there.  This weekend (and $2000 later) we bought our plane tickets and finished our visa applications so we should be hearing about those in the next few weeks.  Very exciting!
